Our history in ocean transportation dates back to the
early 1800's with the operation of the
a paddle-wheel steamer operating a cargo and
passenger service between Mobile and New Orleans.
Stiegler Shipping, a family owned-and-operated
business established in 1970 by Rene A. Stiegler Jr.,
continues to adhere to the highest standards of
quality service with a deep concern for ethics and honesty.
It is our intention to establish a long lasting
